1. Introduction

Welcome to the Property Coaching Network (“PCN”), operated by the Smart Property Group. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the PCN community, membership activities, events, project meetups, communications, and any related training programmes, including the Property Coaching Intensive Course.

By joining PCN, attending its events, or purchasing training programmes through PCN, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both you and the PCN team.

2. Property Coaching Network Membership

- PCN membership provides access to training calls, workshops, community discussions, and resources designed to support your property investment journey.

- PCN Membership is typically charged on a monthly basis. Subscription terms and fees are outlined at the point of purchase.

- PCN Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled by the member through direct message via WhatsApp or in writing via email at [email protected].

- PCN reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue aspects of the membership platform, including pricing, content, or delivery methods. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

3. Events, Workshops & Webinars

- PCN regularly hosts events (in-person and virtual) as part of its membership offering or as separate ticketed sessions.

- Event details, including schedules, venues, and speakers, may be subject to change.

- PCN is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by attendees in connection with event participation.

- In the unlikely event of cancellation or rescheduling, PCN will communicate promptly and offer refunds or credit transfers where appropriate.

4. Property Coaching Intensive Course

The Property Coaching Intensive is a paid, 4-day in-person training programme run by PCN. By enrolling in this course, participants agree to the following specific terms:

Booking & Deposit

- A £500 + VAT deposit is required to secure your place on the Property Coaching Intensive.

- The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the start date.

- After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as resources and bookings will have already been allocated.

Balance Payment

- The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the training start date.

- Failure to complete full payment by this deadline may result in your place being forfeited.

- Once the balance has been paid, refunds are not available unless PCN cancels or reschedules the training.

Cancellations & Transfers

- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full deposit refund.

- Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

- In certain exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency), PCN may offer a transfer to a future training date, subject to availability and discretion.

- If PCN must cancel or postpone a training session, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

5. Behaviour & Professional Conduct

PCN aims to foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all members and attendees. To maintain this:

- Participants must act respectfully toward trainers, mentors, and other attendees.

- Harassment, disruptive conduct, or inappropriate behaviour (in-person or online) may lead to suspension or removal without refund.

- Unauthorized recording, streaming, or sharing of PCN training sessions, videos, or materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

- All PCN materials — including presentations, documents, digital content, videos, and coaching resources — remain the intellectual property of Smart Property Group.

- You may use these materials for personal education only.

- You may not copy, share, publish, or reproduce PCN content for commercial or training purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

- PCN provides education and guidance to help members improve their knowledge and skills. However, property investment carries inherent risks, and success depends on individual effort, decisions, and market conditions.

- PCN does not guarantee financial results or specific outcomes.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCN, its directors, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your participation in PCN activities or reliance on provided materials.

- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from negligence.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

- PCN collects and processes personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Data Protection Act 2018.

- Your information is used for managing your membership, event communications, and updates about PCN or related property opportunities.

- By joining PCN or enrolling in a training programme, you consent to receive updates via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

- You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.

9. Media, Photography & Recordings

- PCN may photograph or record events and use this content for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.

- By attending, you grant permission for your image or likeness to appear in such materials.

- If you prefer not to be featured, please inform a PCN team member or email us prior to the event.

10. Force Majeure

PCN will not be held responsible for failure to deliver services due to events beyond its reasonable control — including natural disasters, illness, strikes, or government restrictions.

If such circumstances occur, PCN will make every effort to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.

11. Complaints & Feedback

We take feedback seriously and strive for transparency and fairness in resolving issues.

We aim to acknowledge your message within 5 working days and resolve it within 14 working days.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
