Property Coaching Network is run by David Smart, a former offshore worker turned full-time property investor and multi-business owner. David started his journey through property sourcing—building the cash flow and connections that allowed him to scale into developments, flips, and a growing personal portfolio.
With over £20 million worth of property sourced and sold, and £500,000+ in profits generated from dozens of successful deals, David knows the power of strategy—but more importantly, the power of networking. From day one, his focus has been on building a community that thrives together.
Through PCN, David has helped members do joint ventures, source deals together, and grow side-by-side. He’s built a 25,000-strong investor database, launched his own investor estate agency, and created a space where you can sell your deals and earn 50% of the fee—all within the community.
At his core, David believes property sourcing is the key to success in the industry:
